I used to really enjoy shopping at Pharmaca, but over the last two years the customer service experience at this location has gone downhill. It’s become pretentious and rude. The last straw for me was my most recent trip - the cashier rudely muttered about me under her breath when I was checking out (stating that me possibly returning a product if it wasn’t what I needed was ridiculous because apparently “everyone uses it” …). She was also visibly annoyed at me when I asked for price info on the product (which wasn’t marked)... read more

The communication and service of this location was terrible. I needed to be on a regiment of compound medication to fix a problem I have had for years. The first time I gave them my prescription they wrote the directions wrong on the bottle making me have to call my doctor and confirm it was incorrect. This was after trying to contact them multiple times to find out when my prescription would be ready. Hey Sally, Maybe next time you want people to patronize your business, you should adjust your attitude and maybe stand by the door and let people know you will be closing soon rather than following people around the store reminding them that they are bothering you by being there. You don’t make paying customers feel like they’re ruining your entire night by locking them inside and yelling at them that you are closed, repeatedly, when we arrived at 4:57 just to grab some allergy medication.
