Ive been going to Pharma Medica for over 10 years but this is the first time I ever felt unheard. I asked their staff if I could use one of the 2 ECG rooms to sleep since I was the only one in the room on the top bunk. I pee a lot so it would take a lot of back & forths for me in the middle of the night. I understand we have no say if we have to use the top bunk sometimes.
