Ron Salem who runs this operation thinks he is GOD. He treats his employees & drivers like they are peasants or slaves. He is to proud, rich, & stuck up to admit when he is wrong. He has a high turnover ratio because of how he treats his employees. He even cuts his drivers wait time off so he is not stuck paying it when his pharmacy is late getting their deliveries out.
Avoid working at this place at all costs! Bad management & the head guy Ron treats his employees like they are beneath him! They can't keep employees due how they treat their employees & how Ron himself treats his employees!
