Needless to say, there have been a lot of ups and downs at this location over the past few years. But the new team is working tirelessly to improve conditions for patients, nurses, providers, and customers. I am a long term care patient at Pueblo Springs Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ. Every patient here myself included has experienced a multi day delay in receiving our much needed medications. This delay can have serious ramifications on one's health and survival. They receive patient's scripts but fail to fulfill them in a timely manner. In some cases time can be matter of life and death. They need to be investigated by the FDA.
They continue to bill full price instead of insurance copays only (after running the insurance), then they threaten to go to collections, this is affecting elderly people on Medicare Advantage. Stay away !
I was A new patient in physical rehab and was supposed to get a heart Medicine. I was told on arriving at the In Patient rehab that they had to prefer my drugs! So they called this Scuz outfit and my Meds didn’t arrive until 2:00am the next day. This put me in medical jeopardy without the meds and it was too late to take them as another dose would be early Morning. This is one of the worst Tucson Pharmacies.
