Phanums is a fantastic shop in Bossier. It’s always clean, professional, and family-friendly. Jorelle is especially talented. He’s cut all of my boys’ hair as well as my husband’s a time or two, and every time we leave impressed. He has a great eye for design and really understands what works best with different hair textures and face shapes— something that’s pretty rare in Shreveport. His attention to detail, scissor and clipper work, and consistency make him one of the best.
