I highly recommend Phantom Motorcycle Shop for motorcycle repairs and maintenance. They did an excellent job repairing my Iron 883, installing new handlebars and a crash bar, and repairing and inspecting my gear shaft. Tony and Sean kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates and notifying me of anything that needed my attention. I’ll be bringing my bike back for future maintenance!
In looking for a motorcycle repair shop I came across this place which started off with a great experience just from my brief phone càll! While all I needed was a tire change and balance, being a mechanic myself and someone very picky with my vehicles, I could immediately see the shop was organized and the bikes were being handled with care. excellent service, ill recommend everyone who owns a bike to take it to these guys! great work! took care of the job and was able to get me back on the road asap.
Called to ask for an estimate on the removal of a single motorcycle tire. They refused to give any type of price estimate. The guy was cocky and rude, claiming that his shop is so SPECIAL that's why he charges $150 an hour!?! TO WORK ON A MOTORCYCLE? THATS INSANE!! I cannot believe this place has 4.9 stars.
