The professionalism that they bring to the shop, the knowledge an understanding of these motorcycles is amazing. They were in communication with me in almost daily progress in getting this motorcycle of mine running. Forget the Dealer for servicing your bike. All you need is Motorcycle Repair Shop (A.K.A. Phantom Motorcycle Shop). These guys know what they are doing. Just ask for Tony or Shawn. I took my bike there for the 15k seevice. They text me pictures as they worked on the bike (dealer doesnt do this). They asked for approval before any additional work that needed to be perfotmed. They will take real good care of your bike. Best of all, they will beat the dealer's service price. These guys are AWESOME!!!!
Very organized and professional shop.They serviced my brakes, installed and wired front and rear turn signals/ brake light, and fixed my tire leak and had me back on the road in a day. Highly recommend
