So nice, I had 2 tow my bike there cuz the battery died, and it was my 1st time ridein back, and Nick was very nice to ride imprint of me to turn e Connors because I was very nervous, I'm not anymore but the fact he took time out and helped me like that means a lot. They r nicer then another Harley i go to.
All I can say is Phantom is 1st class all the way around!!! Outstanding folks, GREAT service Dept. When it's said "Welcome to the Phantom FAMILY" it's not a "line"; it is truly meant!!!

Had an awesome experience at Phantom Harley-davidson! I want give a special shout out to Lyn for going out of her way to make sure I got a shirt when I got there. I was making a special trip of 200 miles one way just for a shirt and 2X is a tough size to keep on the shelves. Lyn not only took pics of all the available shirts in my size, she let me pick the one I wanted and held it for me until I could make the trip on Saturday.
