I love my car. When I came back to the parking garage and saw the damage I was devastated! I haven’t had the best experience with insurance and repairs. Mr. Able was so helpful in assisting with repairing my vehicle. Able has great customer service skills, he spoke clearly and efficiently and made me feel very comfortable. Able accessed my car’s damage, gave me an efficient estimate of the damage cost and was right on time in repairing my vehicle in a timely manner as promised. I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. Phantom Collision Repair did an excellent job replacing my bumper. I shopped around for various quotes around the area and they are by far the best value for their money. They replaced my bumper within a quick turnaround time and my bumper looks brand new! I am referring all of my friends here!
