Please read. I could be writing a review about how disappointed I was in Phantom Auto Works customer service and giving one star review, however, it is just the opposite. I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Justin always goes above and beyond for us with all our boss equipment needs. Customers service can’t be beat.
From start to finish, not a very good experience, not very professional company as a whole. Would not recommend.
