Please read. I could be writing a review about how disappointed I was in Phantom Auto Works customer service and giving one star review, however, it is just the opposite. I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done.
