Phan-tastic Smiles is the best! Everyone made me feel so welcome from the front desk staff to the dentist himself. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while do to past experiences. I was so nervous coming in, but the staff 100% changed that. I will be coming back to them for all my other dental needs. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist practice.
From the first step inside the office until you leave you are made to feel comfortable and welcomed. The office staff is particularly friendly and caring. No rude and aloof staff here! They take their time with you and answer all questions to your complete satisfaction. I was never made to feel like I was in an assembly line as in so many other places. Well all I can say is Dr Phan is the best Dentist I have ever had work on me. He is so smart and so advanced in the field. 8 hours of surgery yesterday. I was made so comfortable . He is "Superman". The staff is also the very best you could hope for. From Debbie and Kathy at the front desk booking my appointments around My schedule , and with the financing.
