We like Phanis Biryani, especially the Hundi Mutton Biryani, but consistency has been an issue. Sometimes it’s slightly oily and milder sour/tangry masala, other times dry. Portion sizes also vary (around 24–28 oz), and the meat pieces can be inconsistent with more bones. For appetizers, Dynamite Chicken was milder than expected, and Chicken 65 had a strong ginger flavor with the masala not fully fried. Overall, good taste and potential—just needs better consistency in portions and flavors.
Very disappointing experience. The food was some of the worst I’ve had—bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the price. The service was even worse. The staff were inattentive, slow, and didn’t seem to care about customers at all. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Would never recommend. The food quality was poor, the place felt unhygienic, and the customer service was disappointing. I personally gave suggestions to the owner about the food and cleanliness, hoping they would take the feedback seriously, but nothing changed. Nice Service and food so good!!!
We have been ordering the handi biryani for a couple of years now. Each time it is made to perfection. We have had numerous office events where we have catered from them. They come in lovely handi’s, well wrapped and protected and also piping hot ready to be served. Mutton biryani is our favorite but ther others are great too.
