Our experience with Phancy Screens has been very poor. Sales and installation process were very good. But the product itself is not working for us at all. The mechanism, which is an autoretracting, magnetic system, is not smooth. The magnet is very strong , so open the door you have to give it a strong tug--butnthen you have to quickly let go and let the door open itself once you've started it on its opening path. The screens are perfectly beautiful! They are discreet and elegant and working very well on our French door. It was not an easy installation but we had the excellent Stephen doing a very professional job and at this moment, we can say we are pleased with the company as a whole, the product, and the service.
