I recently experienced acute vision changes in one eye with significant vision loss. A friend recommended Phan-Tastic Eye Care. I knew my symptoms were much more complex than a routine eye exam, and I was afraid to trust my eye care to anyone. I took both my teenage kids to see Dr Ricky Luong for eye exams and was really impressed at how patient and kind he was. My daughter was really nervous about trying contacts for the first time and it took approximately forever for them to get the contacts in her eyes, but he stayed totally cool and patient throughout the whole thing. The staff was also really great about being patient and encouraging while they helped her learn to take the contacts out and put them back in so she could go home with them. I had a good experience here. It was easy to make an appointment. When I arrived I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to patiently explain everything in a way I could understand. The front staff were pretty friendly also. 👍🏼
