I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and they took me straight back. They were upfront with how much everything would cost and let me choose if I wanted to do the picture of my eyes or to dilate them. The lady in the front who took care of me when choosing glasses was very helpful and tried to get me the best deal she could. I would recommend target for optical
