Google said it was open but when we got there, there was a sign that said it was closed. No idea if temporary or permanent.
I absolutely love Phan Shin it's been around Oxford as long as I can remember & it's ingrained in my childhood memories When my parents used to take us there. If you haven't been here please go the service is perfect The food is hot ready & huge portions & the atmosphere is calm & relaxing I recommend it to anyone with or without children. They've got me as a customer for life .
Still my favorite after all these years! Been coming to Phan Shin for over 20 years. Whew that makes me feel old. I’ve tried A LOT of Chinese restaurants and ton of Thai restaurants in Ohio and Texas and found a couple spots that could make a great Pad Thai in Texas and only one place to make a decent chicken curry.
