Quick in and out. Doctor is polite and quick.
Dr. PHAN is very kind,and caring. He assure that I am safe and OK After delivery.Over all my experience to him Is good.
Dr. Phan and his staff were truly amazing during both my pregnancies. They didn't get frustrated with all my calls questions concerns definitely recommend him to anyone pregnant.
If I can give them 0 stars I absolutely WOULD . At first he was helpful then he refereed me to another place due to current issues etc ( which i understand 100% ) My baby is healthy , growth is normal etc but he refuses to see me again because he “ refereed “ me to another place that does NOT do labor delivery etc. I tried explaining that to his front desk people but they are RUDE & are no help what so ever . Now I have to figure out another OBGYN & I am due in APRIL .
Experience has been terrible. Claiming to transfer instead of being reasonable about choosing Dr Phan as delivery doctor. Ignores calls and rushes people out every appointment. Only gave measurements and weight one time. Have no other OBGYN for birth and explaining to him that. Baby’s health and vitals have been good every visit. Baby growing.
