Belated 5-star review, esp after revisiting this Maps page and seeing the slew of bad reviews. Dr. Cindy was an incredibly kind and her staff was incredibly helpful and warm, and not at all what the reviews warn about. Scheduling my appointment was made with nothing more than my insurance info and exchanging availability. I came in as a new patient and the check in was a smooth process and it was made very transparent to me about the insurance and payment side of things, which i appreciated! this dentist would have so much more potential if it wasn’t for the receptionist she employed. i called because this Dr. is in my network (confirmed with my insurance) and the receptionist kept telling me that they’re not in network without even checking. i kept telling her that i have confirmed and she kept making excuses. i finally asked her to at least check or get my insurance info (she didn’t even have my insurance info when she claimed it wasn’t in network LMFAO). after going back and forth, she pretended to get my inf... read more

Bad costumer service. Very rude and und careless. I missed 2 appointments because my baby was sick and I had to go to the hospital. Then I tried to reschedule again and they where avoiding me, telling that was not a single available appointments for the next several months, even if I keep pushing the months farther they kept saying that nothing is avalible.( which is not true, you can call and reserve an appointment with another name and phone number and they are going to be available) then my wife asked if they don't want u... read more
