Bad costumer service. Very rude and und careless. I missed 2 appointments because my baby was sick and I had to go to the hospital. Then I tried to reschedule again and they where avoiding me, telling that was not a single available appointments for the next several months, even if I keep pushing the months farther they kept saying that nothing is avalible.( which is not true, you can call and reserve an appointment with another name and phone number and they are going to be available) then my wife asked if they don't want u... read more

My husband and I missed two office visits due to our child being in the neonatal ICU for several months, and then when we tried to reschedule, office staff obfuscated and said “no appointments were available”. They were very dishonest and just no longer wanted us as clients, and I think that is both very unforgiving and unprofessional. If you no longer want us his clients, just say that. Be honest. Would not recommend this office. Although I think she is a great practitioner, I don’t appreciate that type of rigidity with lif... read more
