I had a very relaxing experience here. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The nail technician is very professional and always understands what I want. Fiona is great at design and the results are always beautiful. The Lin is especially friendly and has great communication. I highly recommend this place!
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Phamtastic Nails & Spa, especially given the prices. I booked a French manicure and eyebrow wax. The manicure was done very roughly (one of my fingers is bleeding), no base colour was applied (only white tips), and the gel application is uneven. For my brows, I specifically booked a wax but was threaded without being asked. The eyebrow pencil wasn’t removed before tinting, so the tint barely stayed, and my brows ended up uneven. There were two of us visiting this salon for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. We each had slightly different experiences—one was excellent and the other was good—but overall we really loved the services. The calm atmosphere, relaxing music, and soothing hand and foot massages made it a very enjoyable and relaxing visit. We left feeling pampered and refreshed.
Best nail tech ever! Fiona nails every design I ask for, and the salon is clean and cozy. Will definitely be back!
