The service from the lady who did my nails and facial was very good and I appreciated her work. - 5 star for her. However, I had a frustrating experience with the payment. I booked a package and called ahead to confirm if my Wayspa.com gift card (purchased from Costco) would be accepted. They said yes, but after the service, I was told the package price wouldn’t apply if using the gift card and I was charged the higher individual service prices.
