I recently moved into a building managed by Phamily Management, and I must say the move-in experience was incredibly pleasant, thanks in large part to Dominic. Worst management experience of all time. The other reviewers are spot on- do not rent from this company. They are haphazard, money minded, non communicative and honestly just weird. Our adorable apartment in Pasadena was bought by Phamily, and the boss, Hosun, proceeded to cut down every tree, rip out the pool and put in cement everywhere, take everyone's parking away and then offer it back for an extra fee, put letters on our door evey week of new hostilities, let garbage pile up, rat and maggot build up left unattended, th... read more

Unreliable and unprofessional company. As other reviews have stated, avoid at all costs. Calling their number posted on Zillow, Redfin, hotpads and more is useless. They will either never answer or give you the run around if you ever get to speak to anybody. They won't provide you with a direct contact number to coordinate with someone nor will they show up for any scheduled appointments. For certain, renting through them would be a nightmare.
