Awful parking situation!!! They placed extra parking spots which blocks the regular parkings, this is crazyyyy!!!

The management and the building itself are terrible! The management couldn't care less about the residents. It takes months to get any issue resolved. The parking situation is awful, too! They marked out extra parking spaces right in front of our parking, blocking our exit, which makes parking a huge hassle every time. On top of that, neighbors sometimes leave their cars right in front of ours as well..!!!

I contacted the property at 12701 Moorpark Street to inquire about the presence of a resident manager who could address the excessive noise emanating from children in the pool area. The disturbance, characterized by loud screaming and a lack of adult supervision, is significantly impacting residents in both the building and adjacent properties. Phamily management is a great partner for any owners / landlords in the 626 area. High expertise for multifamily management with your business in mind first while balancing the relationships with your tenants, to make sure things move forward in the right way. Fair to tenants as long as they’re reasonable and makes your life much easier as an owner/investor. Recommend!

Do not work with this management place. I am not sure if you know the main broker in this office name is Harry Shang and his real estate broker license was revoked by the California DRE and he is currently on a restricted license with multiple violations on record. Look him up on the DRE website before doing business here. License #01833183.
