My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lynn Pham to have our eyes checked every year for over 5 years now, she's kind, patient and thorough with my eye/vision tests.
Every time I have a problem with my glasses they tell me I’m imagining it. If I say the frames are faulty or the pair of glasses are blurry compared to another with the same prescription then isn’t it their job to help me with it?
Unprofessional optometrist and customer service Rang in to get a prescription and the receptionist doesn't want to give. Said need to wait for optometrist. Everyone should have the right to get a copy of their prescriptions regardless what.
