Great experience. The dr was very informative and made us feel comfortable through the whole process
They don't email you your own records in a timely manner. We needed them for emergency oral surgery, let them know in advance when they would be needed, and did not comply with their PROMISE and ASSURANCE that they would send them to the oral surgeon. This created an unproductive consultation with the oral surgeon, and additional time spent in physical agony. Dr. Daniel Pham made our experience a very good one. My husband and I chose to go to him as he is approved by the USCIS to conduct medicals for Immigration. He was very professional and communicated with us well via email. Once we arrived, we were greeted and seen right on schedule. I would definitely reccomend his practice to anyone.
