Dr Hansen had a nice office built in our small city and has been a great physician here for many years. He explains all medical issues and options thoroughly with caring. He offers solutions that don’t require a lot of medication and his loyal staff is always helpful.
Great choice when choosing a primary care physician. Takes time to listen and really cares about his patients. Goes the extra mile to look into records or find a chart needed. I've been in the high desert for 28 years. Dr. Hansen is one of my best recommendations!
I called the office bcuz I could not make my in person appointment due to fever n cold. The stuff asked me to hold so the Dr could talk to me over the phone. Dr. Hansen took his time talking to me n what seem to be just a cold was actually Covid. He had the stuff called my perception to a pharmacy in town. I have been with Dr Hansen for a few years now. His very attentive n so are the stuff. Among other things the office is always clean.
Called the office because a 'routine' cold took a sharp turn toward respiratory infection over night. Dr. Hansen's office was responsive in messaging him and I was on his tele-schedule within hours. Was treated successfully and felt better by the next day. This is the second time this has happened. When you walk into the office you first notice the cleanliness and fresh smell. There is always amazing videos playing while you wait which isn't long. His staff are attentive, friendly and always follow up with results and reports. Dr Hansen is an excellent doctor who cares deeply about his patients. Very thorough testing and discussions from the results. Always goes above and beyond with his patient care and concerns. We have been with him for 25 years and are very happy to be patients of his.
I'm 65 and have never had a doctor that I referred to as 'My Doctor'...That changed the first time I met with Dr. Hansen. He does a great job breaking down his thought process as he explores with his patient the issues surrounding the patients visit. He goes into great detail the progressions of a given topic, and does not appear to be in a hurry to get the patient out the door! I was having a conversation with some colleagues of mine the other day. The topic was about doctors and how they treated their patients. I was shocked to hear some of the accusations my colleagues were making. The experience I’ve always had with Dr Hansen was no where near what they have been through.
