Paid them and never got what they promised to do. Never got back to me when I asked for my money back. RIPOFF!

Excellent and honest service. I had my Golf towed to Phaeton when it broke down a few miles away. They were straight forward about the extent of the damage and clear about my options, while not pushing me into committing to costly repairs. I would not hesitate to return for any VW service.
