Excellent and honest service. I had my Golf towed to Phaeton when it broke down a few miles away. They were straight forward about the extent of the damage and clear about my options, while not pushing me into committing to costly repairs. I would not hesitate to return for any VW service.

Roscoe is open and honest with his work. I had my 2010 Audi A4 serviced at his place after going to several mechanics who could not figure out the root cause for my issues. He literally solved the problem in under 1 day at an agreeable price and eventually told me the issue. He also solved an additional problem I had with my break pads--also signal issue caused by a previous mechanic breaking a reader--he replaced it and only charged me for the part which was like $30.
