They were very rude to my mother and grandmother. Wouldn't complete the assessments I had asked for and snapped at us when we brought up an emotional support animal letter saying if I think she needs one I will determine that and questioned where the animal was even though ESA animals are not permitted to be brought into medical facilities. Will never recommemd this person to anyone
