We went with pH Balanced after my original company raised their prices. My previous company was great, they were communicative and did a great job. pH Balanced unfortunately was nowhere near that level. From the beginning I asked for photos or weekly emails/texts, just to show proof that they were there cleaning my pool. Shain is a tremendous help with our Pool. Their weekly pool service option really turn my pool from being a struggle to being enjoyable.
After replacing my old pool two years ago I opted for someone to maintain my pool as I sucked at it. After combing thru all the different companies out there I found Shain at pH Balanced Pool Service. What a difference having someone with expertise.
