Shain has been servicing my pool for 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable about pools and has kept our pool looking great. He is always there every week as scheduled and I would recommend his pool service to anybody that what’s a beautiful pool.

We went with pH Balanced after my original company raised their prices. My previous company was great, they were communicative and did a great job. pH Balanced unfortunately was nowhere near that level. From the beginning I asked for photos or weekly emails/texts, just to show proof that they were there cleaning my pool. Their response was that they didn’t know what I was asking for and that they didn’t do that. My pool was typically clean, so obviously they came and did their job.
