Pho did not really taste like pho. It was a decent beef noodle soup, but it was barely pho. Broth was very dark, very cinnamon heavy. The taste was flat and one-dimensional. Lacked the depth of typical pho. Noodles had a thick, chewy texture and fell apart. Bean sprouts and Thai basil were wilting and old. I have had many phos in many different places, and I understand everyone does it differently, but this one is the last ranking on my list.
This is a great restaurant, the Bahn Mi is excellent, and our servers took really good care of us.
$9 for TWO eggrolls.....let that sink in. Taste of food was bland Portion size was small Price was large I have traveled the country and found many tasty Pho locations...this is not one of them. I would never recommend this place
