We rented an apartment here over ten years ago. The location is actually very nice, with the park, bike paths, school, playgrounds, and transportation options. It should be even better now with the REM station on the island. The building and amenities were okay, and it was easy to deal with Structures Métropolitaines. It is an excellent option for newcomers; it might even be possible to arrange a rental from abroad before coming to Canada. Aujourd'hui j'ai appelé à cause d'un problème que j'ai dans la cuisine, l'evier est bouche et la dame qui m'a répondu m'a dit qu'elle devait parler à mon mari, qui est le nom de qui figure le contrat, je lui explique que je j'habite depuis 5 ans dans cet appartement et que je suis toujours la personne qui appelle pour n'importe quelle situation, elle a insisté mais l'urgence est finalement passée, 1h plus tard un homme est arrivé pour régler le problème, il m'a expliqué que c'est plus compliqué qu'il pensait qu'il le transme... read more
