They will not book with you if you don’t jump onboard immediately. They’ll ghost you. I called a week later and they have not returned my call as they stated they would. Dr. Zack office will not give you time to think and or compare quotes.
Why would anyone take a chance with this guy when there’s been no explanation of death of Jackie Oh and his practices seem alarming as expressed by other patients. If you leave a negative remark he removes it or tries to sue the patient and prey on them by trying to get money to discourage them. Why would anyone go to a PS that isn’t board certified?? The lack of medical responsibility and respect for the patient is unacceptable. Neglecting an operated patient, with the doctor spending months without seeing them post-surgery, demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism from everyone in this office. The absence of empathy and proper education, along with the doctor not even returning a call from a patient with a fever after surgery, shows a profound disrespect for both the patient and the medical profession.
