I have been to PGS several times because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also feel I have always been given a fair offer.
The staff was very knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to educate me about my coin collection. I left very happy with my transaction.

This place is not as professional as they promote themselves. I expected much more than a pawnshop that lowballs customers. I expected professional grading assistance onsight, which was not the case. I am aware one will never get the true value of any coin when selling to a shop. But I didn't expect to get raped. They must have friends writing all these glowing reviews. I did not see the level of professionalism portrayed in their advertising.
