I have been over to PGS in ******* a number of times and always found it to be a relaxed and pleasant process. ***** and the other ladies are friendly and knowledgeable. I think what I like the most, however, is the way they let you know the true value of your items. I collect coins so I know that they are on-point with their appraisal. Nice place.

I called this Villa Park location and spoke with **** about some items that were left to me and I didnt know if they had value. She told me to bring them on in. I did and she explained in detail exactly how she figured what they were worth. Wow was I pleasantly surprised!!! I was so happy I have returned with more items that they have bought and have told many others to check them out when they have questions about the value of jewelry, coins etc. **** remembered me by name when I returned and has made me feel like a friend.... read more
This was my 3rd time visiting PGS. In the past, it was with old coins. This time, it was several broken chains(hopefully gold). Let me just say, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!!

**** was a pleasure to work with at **********. When my mom passed away I had a lot of jewelry that I knew I would not wear. She was super friendly and gave me the best deal for all of it so that I can go get something made to remind me of her instead. Will definitely sell to them again
