I was in Ocean City over Labor Day weekend with some friends. We went out to PGN Crabhouse on 29th Street for AYCE. Upon arrival, someone from our group went inside to put our name on the list for a table. She informed the hostess that we had a party of six, a baby and a service dog. Won’t be eating here after hearing they don’t accept service dogs and disobeyed the ADA. Sounds like the people running the show needs a refresher course in ADA guidelines and they need to educate their employees as well.
Violated federal law- The ADA by denying access to a service dog.
I have been coming to Ocean City for years with my family and friends... NONE of us will EVER patronize this place after they blatantly VIOLATED the ADA Act by REFUSING A SERVICE DOG! Disgusting.
