I was already very unhappy with my smile (a gap, tooth shape/color, old braces bracket marks) and desperately wanted a change! Unfortunately I have to leave a not so great review. I had ZOOM whitening done mid October and was SO excited. I had been wanting to do it for a year. I booked my appointment and paid online the day prior. When I got there they were very thorough with the procedure. When I left I was told I may have “slight sensitivity”. Dr. Shieh texted me a few hours after my appointment with multiple links to leave a five star review. Which I did since at the time I thought it went great.
