What an awful company. Aside from the accusations of causing fires and shutting off our power at their whim, the customer service is untrustworthy. I have not been able to access my solar usage for 3 months as their web site, when it’s available, is not updating. When I finally get though to customer support (emails are not responded to) I get a scripted response - essentially “we are working on it”. What a disgusting way to run a company
