Seriously, one of the worst companies. While towns burn they take democrats and lobbyists to Hawaii to get a rate hike approved in California to pay for the lawsuits. Then pay off media to keep it on the hush hush. Can't go off the grid, because of stupid laws passed by corrupt politicians that were paid off.
Good luck talking to a human with a concern. They're obviously more interested in not paying the families of the people they killed for their negligence than having any kind of passable customer service.
We had a major failure of our energy panel that provides power to two homes in our ranch. PG&E had to shut off the power in order for the panel to be replaced. While the panel was being replaced, the PG&E representative, Mr. David Allen, check on the project several time so that he could reconnect the power back as soon as possible after the project was completed and the inspection done.
