We had a salesman named Ken that would not even show us any models unless we took our realtor, that suggested we look here (we wanted to have a nice morning and visit the models to buy as a secondary residence) unless we removed our realtors name from the paperwork. Literally WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO TOUR HOMES.... Bizarre, unprofessional and desperate for a few bucks in a commission. Sad...

Before you buy a house in PGA Verano don't fall into the trap of promises and lies that the managers feed you at the two month and 11 month inspection The horrible paint job inside house and glue stains on floor after construction.I was told my house was already old at the 11th month inspection I'm a disabled veteran and was dealing with my father's passing at the time and was trying to be nice but they don't care after they get your money
