I have been to about 6 different PGA superstores and can’t find more than one or two 3xl shirts. The employees say that’s an online order. Now I’m a guy between a 2xl and a 3xl. I don’t want to have to go through all the shipping crap if they don’t fit. Every time I’m in a store I meet about 4 or 5 guys my size in the stores with the same problem. I wrote to the customer service dept provided. Waited. Wrote a 2 star review. No response. I've literally tried to make my legitimate complaint many ways. You grove my drive and have told me oh well too bad we're not going respond. You have all the necessary information and have had the information their choice radio silence. The store in Maryland the managers have to spend ALLLLLLLLL of their time trying to respond to the 1 and 2 star reviews last few all service breaking clubs. What's going on. Went to get my clubs gripped today. I was told if I had only 2 to get done. It wouldn’t be problem. I was told I had to wait until Sunday for it to get done. Help me understand. If I would have made several trips., that’s okay to do.
