Horrible experience. Went to get lie angles and lofts done and had to track somebody down to even get help. After getting on the strike board, associate had me walking back and forth to the service desk to have lie angle changed 3 times and then he disappeared and never saw him again. I've never seen worse customer service. They didn't want to help at all. Not helpful at all!!
It's the only place to go and they act like it. You have to pull teeth to get help. Extremely frustrated every time I show up. $100 a year and it's like this every time. Two of the club makers are the only two I've met worth their weight. The rest could care less.
Staff is excellent and really made my experience super. What the store does for veterans is Incredible and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my golfing or tennis playing needs...
