Their customer service is the worst. Cant get anyone to help. Found out from observation a lot of it depends on how you are dressed.

No one ever asks if they can help. I consistently go back here thinking it will be a different experience but it is the exact same experience everytime. The only reason for going here is to demo a club and buy elsewhere.
Went today to purchase a set of new ping irons. Spent about one hour working with the sales person hitting different club set ups. After getting fitted the sales person said he was going to write down my specs and he never returned. After waiting for 15 minutes or so ask another sales person where his partner went he said he would check but never returned. Guess I will purchase these clubs somewhere else. Great driver fitting and shoe buying experience yesterday. Many thanks to Tim Wilkes and his staff for really taking care of me. I can definitely recommend the Kennesaw store and I’ll definit be back again.
Best store!! This store has incredible selection of golf and tennis equipment!! The e employees are knowledgeable and super friendly!! Love this store!!
