Literally the most ridiculous group of employees. How could it take 4 days to get a parking pass? For residents. Utter incompetence. And it’s been this way for ages. Be better. Do better
Hands down the worst HOA/POA I have ever dealt with. The staff and their policies are out of control.
As a disabled veteran, dad, and young professional who relocated here with motivation to lay down some roots for my two young daughters, I am appalled at the treatment we received living here only 1 yr. 2 mos. after relocating. Residents are evil and vindictive but the POA lifts them up to keep their properties occupied and revenue up. They hate children the most, especially the well-behaved ones.
