We had our Standard Poodle , our Isabel Doberman Pincher there for 8 years. We never really had any issue until Dr. Ross become extremely negligent. He was suppose to be caring for our older Isabel Doberman because he was acting lethargic. He showed his true colors when he decided to prescribe prednisone and not do his due diligence and monitor the dog he left him on the prednisone for over 5 months eventually weakening the dog to the point of no return and killing the poor baby. These people are compassionate to both animal and people. I met them having to euthanize, and they treated both the cat and myself with care and compassion. I was so impressed I plan on going here for all my pet needs.
