Slumlords. Can’t make basic repairs. I had to get the HOA involved to get an AC that wasn’t broken and spitting mold into the vents. Not a single one of them speaks fluent English, which is also annoying. They send the same guy to make any type of repairs instead of actual contractors. I think he fixed the chain to the toilet like 5 times without it ever working right. Rosella told me to “jiggle the handle.” I’m not trying to jiggle a damn thing for 2 grand a month.
