I had a really uncomfortable experience at this beauty supply store. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being watched. One of the employees followed me around the store the entire time, pretending to browse merchandise but clearly keeping an eye on me. It didn’t feel subtle it felt targeted and unnecessary. Shopping should feel relaxed and welcoming, not tense and monitored. There was no reason for that level of surveillance, and it made me feel very uneasy.
