Easily accessible units and wonderful customer service!!
They did $5,000 damage to my RV when they moved it. Manager promised me they would make good on repairs, first just file a claim with the insurance included in my monthly rent. Sounded reasonable to me so I filed a claim and within 24 hours the ins company rejected it because "Damage caused by storage facility personnel is not covered." At that point the manager starts ghosting me, doesn't answer my calls or emails. Had to file a claim with my own RV insurance.
We used PG 17 storage for years. I am very satisfied with their customer service relationship with me. I highly recommend them! We kept our boat stored there.
