Do not never lease a house trough them they will find a way to don’t fix anything and charge to you, worse property management in town, they keep $2500 dollars from my deposit and try to get more money from me Horrible service I rent 2 years always pay my rent on time This people suck

This is a complete scam. The website requires you to upload a photo ID and enter your ssn. I couldn't even finish the process of scheduling a showing before they would cancel the appointments I was trying to make without any sort of reasoning or notice! STAY AWAY!
Please please!!! Be aware of this property management, they only pretend to complete you're application just to charge you the application fee, and when the files are ready te be reviewed by the owners, they find any excuse to decline you. They tell you there's many applicants wish is not true, they just want to raise the rental price, this property managers and owners changed price 3 times and declined every one according to Ashley they had very many applicants. Called to make an appointment to see a property, they want you to send a picture of your ID, thought it was a scam so I called TPD if that was legal, they advised not to send the ID picture alot of scams an that most get your ID when you arrive or if you apply, called them they said they are protecting themselves, WHAT ABOUT OUR PROTECTION ???
