UPDATE: I APOLOGIZE FOR MAKING A POST ON THE WRONG COMPANY'S SITE. I WAS INFORMED THAT I POSTED A REVIEW ABOUT AN EXPERIENCE I HAD THAT WAS NOT A LISTING FROM THIS COMPANY! (PFS) BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A COMPANY USING A VERY SIMILAR NAME!
I viewed a property listed by this company. I applied because they seemed to be responsible compared to other management companies. I am NOT new to this industry. I have been an owner, a leasing agent and a real estate appraiser. I understand the questionnaire is meant to save time on unnecessary showings. I filled out the form as requested.
