I tried to call and call the 1800 number before and after I got the order. I was not sure about the size of the strip for my shower. I sent it back and they will not return my payment. The e-mail says they have no record of my calls... no one picked up the phone after the voice said connecting to customer service. I do try to order things from independent companies but this has caused me to think twice.

You should use pFOKUS products to get rid of filthy grout on your bathroom floor with the use of Imperia Deep Clean! It was so handy, the instruction for use is easy to follow and you wouldn’t have to spend hours staying in the bathroom cleaning around and spend long hours getting rid of dirty stains and grouts. Their customer service was also awesome, they are super easy to talk with and is willing to help. I 100% recommend pFOKUS.
Their Sentura is a great product, it saves my horrible grout and tiling work, and I've made it perfect! Replace losing tiles, filling voids in tile, and easy fill in grout joints, and you can smooth out the Sentura by applying their pfokus Caponi product. Follow instructions, easy application, and then after a few minutes working on it, you will be happy with the outcome.

I have been using Valore on my shower glass for over five years and the glass looks just as good today as it did when the glass was installed. I used a squeege for one week and tossed it away after my first order of Valore. The water is hard where I live and Valore has been able to keep water stains off my shower glass!! The customer service rep, Kathy, was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I cannot say enough good things about the product and the rep.

Bought an epic glass shower cleaner from pFOkUS! The cleaner is as awesome as its name - 'Benaz'. It knocked out all of the etching and soap scum marks, which I never though would go. Loved it!
While most people think that it is enough to simply clean their stone and grout for an everlasting beautiful look, but it is extremely essential to also seal it with a safeguarding sealer. Celine does exactly that. It adds a slight sheen to the stone and also provides a waterproofing effect. I totally recommend it!
