We have been customers of PFO for 26+ years; the previous owners of our house were customers of theirs also. We replaced our hot water heater, furnace and a/c unit with them. Ron has seen us through it all; he’s incredibly knowledgeable and the nicest guy. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Ron over the years.

Ron from PFO is the absolute best. He has something like 40 years of experience, and is incredibly honest and trustworthy. It really makes a difference to work with someone with his kind of expertise. Plus, he is an extremely nice guy who goes way out of his way to be helpful. He tells it like it is, is generous with his knowledge, and you can always rely on him. He has been with PFO forever and treats his clients like family. He represents PFO extremely well.

I have been a customer for 30 years and they cut me off and left me with no heat. Said they couldn't contact me even though we were already in contact by email. All I asked, by email, was to change the name to mine from my husband's. She said she couldn't do that, that she'd have to close this account and I would have to fill out a credit application. Have been dealing with this company for 48years ever since it was Belasco in Cookstown and I would like to say that this is a top of the line company. They may be higher priced than some other companies in the area but they are reputable, accommodating, prompt and reliable. Jeff W. has been here many times and is extremely knowledgeable in this field. Technicians have come out in the middle of the night, return phone calls promptly. Highly recommend service contract. Would not choose any other company!!
