Love PFO. Their technicians are ours spot on. We have done business with them ever since another installer refused to honour the warranty on the unit that they installed, and PFO went to the manufacturer and got our Worked done for us for free. Great organisation, very responsive, You can’t go wrong.
Ron is clearly educated in all things furnace, pipes, and old houses! He fixed my issue and explained what to do and what not to do, which was very helpful. Super nice guy!
