I have been a customer for 30 years and they cut me off and left me with no heat. Said they couldn't contact me even though we were already in contact by email. All I asked, by email, was to change the name to mine from my husband's. She said she couldn't do that, that she'd have to close this account and I would have to fill out a credit application. Have been dealing with this company for 48years ever since it was Belasco in Cookstown and I would like to say that this is a top of the line company. They may be higher priced than some other companies in the area but they are reputable, accommodating, prompt and reliable. Jeff W. has been here many times and is extremely knowledgeable in this field. Technicians have come out in the middle of the night, return phone calls promptly. Highly recommend service contract. Would not choose any other company!!
I would like to acknowledge and thank Juan for his expertise and knowledge for identifying and repairing our furnace when we didn't have heat on Super bowl sunday. He realized we had the same issue we encountered on a previous service call. Air had gotten into the line and impeded the fuel from running through the line. He advised he could install a Tiger loop to the furnace and this would resolve the problem. Juan is a teriffic technican and who's ability to find and correct the issue is, OUTSTANDING. Heat went on a day when we had a weather advisory Tech came out told me he might be able to repair. Next thing I’m handed a phone to listen to a sales guy tell me I need a new furnace and they can’t fix it. Really?? Coldest day of year??? Really?? I paid money for u guys to come to my house for u to tell me u can’t fix it and I pay u $139.00. Still have no heat. DO NOT CALL THEM if u want a REPAIR cause they just want to sell u a furnace that u dont need…!!!
