Good experience with a somewhat tough appraisal. We have a small house on a large lot that is unique and Ed was able to provide a report that made sense to me. A+

I requested an appraisal on Jan 7th, they committed to having the appraisal done in 5 days. An appraiser called/scheduled an appointment to view the home within 2 days. However I didn't receive the actual appraisal until Jan 29th. When I reviewed the appraisal, they had included the adjacent 2 acres that I requested not to include in the appraisal. Fast service when we were in a time crunch. We called around and they were the only appraisers that could fit us into their schedule. We paid extra for the rush service but I'm ok with that.
