Looks like 45 waiting is so common here. If you asked them about long waiting. They just tell you with staring big eyes and speak on Spanish language the say on English you have to wait until somebody call not to come there to ask.
waited for 2 hours while everyone got seen. It's empty, lunch time and all they keep telling me is that I'm next.

I had a very concerning experience with Dr. Michelle Gallas while she was examining my 3-month-old daughter's ear. She was extremely rough with the otoscope, pushing it in aggressively without any gentleness or care. When my baby screamed in pain, Dr. Gallas showed no concern and did not apologize. Her justification was that my daughter’s ear canals were small, so she had to push the otoscope in further to see properly.
