We had a dishwasher replaced in our house. Appliance connection assessed the situation and gave us a quote on what needed to repair items...and a quote to replace. We opted replace and they were so professional about scheduling, showing up on time to install new appliance and even took time to show me how to use it. Gave me tips on how to maintain it for long term performance, and fixed a leak we had at the sink - unrelated to the dishwasher! That's service above and beyond my expectations. Horrific. Scheduling is a nightmare, communication the worst. Diagnostics are based on turning the refrigerator off for 8 hours and turning it back on, then disappearing for two weeks. Don't waste your time and money.
These guys are always great. They get the job done and tell me exactly what my best option will be. I highly recommend them.
