wonderful staff I took my old and very sick Gunea Pig in to Pfister tonight. I knew he would probally need to be put to sleep and I was very upset, because he was a really sweet animal and mostly because it was breaking my daughters heart! The receptionist (I did not get her name) was so understanding and caring. She kept checking on my daughter and I, I felt so silly crying but she was so sweet and caring it was really sweet. Wonderful, caring staff We took our cat to this vet although we had never been there before. He had bladder stones and the cost was going to be several hundred dollars. We couldn't pay for it right away so they set up a payment plan for us even though we were new customers. They seemed more concerned with our pet than getting all of their money up front. They even worked with us and allowed us to care for our cat at home instead of paying extra fees for him to stay there. I would highly recommend this vet. The office staff w... read more
Great Vet! We've taken our animals to Dr. Pfister for 6 years now. He's always very caring, and it's obvious he really does love animals. He's been there for the death of two of pets, and has been very helpful. He's recently opened a new office with a boarding facility, which is where we always take our pets when out of town. It's a comfort to know there's a vet on premises in case one's needed.
Very, Very good Doctors and the staff. I've taken all my dogs to them. When it was time to say goodbye, they are so caring and patient. Thie last one "Rascal" they even sent vile of hair and footprints. I will treasure them. Thanks so much Peggy G

We have used Pfister, specifically Dr. Steinbeck for several years. The staff is always sensitive, caring, and knowledgeable. I had to schedule a visit for an injured cat paw during this COVID situation and Sharon was more than helpful on both occasions I called with questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been taking my dog, CC there for 8 years and when I got cats, I started taking them there too. I cannot say enough about this place! CC got really sick a couple of years ago and Dr. Steinbeck knew what to do and saved her life!! I trust that staff so much and they understand how important our fur babies are to us!! Diana at the front desk is also amazing!! Always so friendly and willing to help anyway she can. All of the technicians are professional and friendly.
